Party Policies — Please Read & Acknowledge

Food Allergy & Safety Policy

Chef It Up 2 Go uses only 100% peanut- and tree nut-free ingredients and supplies. Please notify us of any food allergies when booking your event. While we take every precaution to provide a safe experience, we cannot guarantee that the event venue is allergen-free. By participating, you acknowledge this risk and agree that Chef It Up 2 Go is not responsible for reactions related to undisclosed allergies or allergens present at the venue.

Booking, Payment & Rescheduling Policy

Submitting a party request does not reserve your date. Your party is officially booked once availability is confirmed and the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due at least 2 days before your event.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable.

If your party needs to be postponed due to severe weather, illness of the birthday child, or another approved circumstance, we will do our best to reschedule your event one time based on availability. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

If Chef It Up 2 Go is unable to host your event, all payments received will be refunded in full.

Headcount & Attendance Policy

All party packages require a minimum of 10 participants. Your final guest count is due 7 days before the event so we can prepare ingredients, supplies, staffing, and party materials. If more guests attend than were included in your final headcount, additional fees may apply to cover extra ingredients, supplies, and staffing. Any additional guest fees ($50 per guest) must be paid at the start of the event.
